Started working out of Andheri East a while back. Our place is in the JET Prime building, room 701. If you know the Gurunanak Petrol Pump on Suren Road, we are right there. It’s a busy spot, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to work. Most days it’s just us sitting at the desks, looking over property papers and answering the phone. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we get things done. Mumbai weather can be quite something, so the air conditioning here is a relief. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who want to move into the area or maybe sell something they’ve owned for years. There’s always someone coming in with questions about local prices or just wanting to see what’s available on the market. We don’t have any big speeches or sales pitches. We just know the streets around here pretty well because we spend so much time walking them. Suren Road has changed a bit over the years, but it’s still got that same energetic feel. Sometimes the noise from the street comes right up to the seventh floor, but you get used to it after a week or so. We keep a pot of tea going and try to keep the paperwork organized, though the piles tend to grow faster than we can clear them. It’s a standard real estate life in the city.
