J.K.T Infraplanners Private Limited is located in the One BKC building. We are up on the 14th floor in A Wing, office 1401. This is the G Block of the Bandra Kurla Complex, which everyone just calls BKC. It’s a busy part of Mumbai where everyone seems to be in a hurry. The office is where all the planning for infrastructure projects happens. Plenty of blueprints and schedules are usually lying around on the desks. Our team has been in this building for a while now. The 1401 suite is large enough for everyone to sit and work through the daily tasks. Numbers and technical details are a big part of the job. BKC is a bit different from the rest of the city with its wide roads and big buildings. Lunch is usually grabbed at one of the stalls nearby or brought from home. The work is steady and keeps the focus on the projects at hand. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of drafting and checking requirements. People come in for meetings quite often, so the reception area stays busy. The elevators in One BKC are fast, which helps when someone is running late for an appointment. We try to keep things simple and just get the planning done correctly for our clients. A lot of work goes into it, but being here in the center of things is good.
