We are located in Kandivali East, specifically in Vaibhav Nagar. Our office is in Room Number 24 of the Ashtavinayak Mumbadevi Chawl. It’s a modest place, right in the heart of a busy residential area. We do construction work, and having our base in a chawl means we are always close to the people and the local community. It’s not the kind of office where you’ll find plush chairs or glass walls. Instead, it’s filled with blueprints, tools, and the sounds of the neighborhood. We spend most of our time out at different sites, but this room is where all the planning happens. Kandivali is a fast-growing part of Mumbai, so there is always something being built or repaired nearby. We’ve been around for a while, and we know the local streets and the challenges of working in such a crowded space. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the water is a bit slow, but we just work around it. Our focus is just on the construction jobs we have at hand. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the sites, and we don't really have much time for anything fancy. We are just a small team trying to keep up with the work and making sure everything is done right for our clients. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. We mostly get our work through word of mouth from people who see us around.
