Jimis Burger Llp

We set up shop over in Goregaon, near the Infinity IT Park. It's a busy part of town with a lot of office folks walking around. Our actual spot is in Vidya Sankalp CHS on Vaidya Marg. It isn't some massive restaurant chain. It’s just a place where we make burgers. The kitchen gets pretty warm when the grills are going full blast. We spend a lot of time figuring out the buns and the meat. Sometimes the delivery guys are all lined up outside, and it gets a bit hectic. I'm usually there in my apron, trying to keep track of the orders coming in. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day. We started small and just stayed that way. The neighborhood knows us. We aren't trying to be something we're not. Some days are slow, and we just sit around and talk. Other days, we can barely keep up with the tickets. The grease on the walls is real, and so is the noise from the street. We’re right there in Plot 10. It’s a good spot, even if the traffic on General A.K. Vaidya Marg is a nightmare sometimes. We just focus on getting the food out. It’s basic, simple, and we like it that way. No big speeches about what we do, just burgers in a bag for whoever is hungry. We go home tired every night, but we'll be back at it again tomorrow morning. That's just the routine we've built here in Goregaon.
