JGB BUILDERS LLP

Our office for JGB Builders LLP is right on Linking Road in Khar West. If you have ever been to Mumbai, you know how packed that area gets. We are on the 6th floor of Satguru House, number 353. It’s a busy building with people coming and going all the time. We work on building projects across the city, which is a lot of work given how crowded Mumbai is and how many rules there are to follow. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting in meetings trying to figure out the next step for a site. It is not always easy, and things often take longer than you’d hope, but that is just the way construction goes here. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the buildings we started. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and files everywhere. We take our tea breaks together and talk about how the city is changing. Being in Khar West is great for being central, even if the commute is a nightmare. We’ve had this spot for some time now and it feels like home. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to keep everything on track. It is a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy seeing a project finally get finished and seeing the families move in.
