Our office is in the Express Zone building, specifically G-130 in the B Wing. We’re right along the Western Express Highway in Malad East. If you’ve ever driven that way, you know how busy it gets. Being right on the highway makes it easy to get to different parts of Mumbai, even if the traffic is a mess most of the time. We do construction work, so our office is usually full of site maps, hard hats, and a lot of coffee cups. It’s a practical space where we handle the business side of our projects. We don’t have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or fancy lounges. It’s just desks, chairs, and people working. We spend a lot of our time out at the actual construction sites, so the office is mainly for meetings and the endless paperwork that comes with building things. We try to be direct and honest about what we can do and how long it will take. There’s no point in sugarcoating things when you’re dealing with concrete and steel. We have a small, dedicated crew who have been with us for years. It’s a tough industry with tight margins and lots of local issues to navigate, but we just keep our heads down and get on with it. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always the same: just finish the job properly and move on to the next one without too much drama or delay.
