Our office is Unit No-10 in the Damji Shamji Udyog Bhawan. It’s right on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West. If you know Mumbai, you know this road is always packed with traffic. Jet Formwork India has been here for a while. We are in an old industrial building, so it has a lot of character, or at least that’s what we call it when the walls need painting. We do formwork, which means we are constantly dealing with heavy gear and logistics. The office is often full of samples and technical drawings. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever see. We have a small team of people who actually know what they are doing. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny signs. Most of our work comes from people who have worked with us before. It’s a lot of phone calls and back-and-forth with sites across the city. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, especially with deliveries. We just deal with it as it comes. Working in Andheri West is good for us because we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just try to keep the projects moving and the equipment in good shape.
