Jenski Homes is located over in Ghatkopar East, right on 90 Ft Road. We are in Vinay Bhavan, which is CHS 195/142. If you know the area, we are in the same building as the ICICI Bank, right opposite Lavender. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We focus on building homes, mostly around this part of the suburbs. The office is on the 4th floor, and it’s usually packed with rolls of drawings and samples of tiles or granite. We aren't a huge developer with a bunch of sales offices. It’s just a small team of us working here. Ghatkopar is where we spend most of our time, either at the office or checking on our building sites nearby. Redevelopment is a big thing here, so we are often dealing with old buildings and all the paperwork that comes with that. We don't use any high-end marketing language or try to sound more important than we are. We just build houses where people can live. Sometimes the monsoon makes work difficult, or deliveries get stuck in the Ghatkopar traffic, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a straightforward business for us. We just try to stay honest and get the building work finished so people can move into their new flats.
