You’ll find us at Shop No. 19 in the Kesarbhai Dubey Chawl. It’s right on Tele Gali Cross Road in Andheri East. This isn't a big corporate office; it’s just a small shop where we run the Jeevan Mukti Mauli Foundation. The neighborhood is always packed with people moving around, especially during the rush hours. Being in a chawl means we are right in the thick of things. We see our neighbors every single day, and we know who is doing well and who isn't. We set this up because we wanted to be useful to the people living right here on this street. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a small fan going that makes a clicking noise. People stop by on their way to the station or when they’re out buying groceries from the market nearby. We don't have a receptionist or fancy brochures to hand out. Usually, one of us is just sitting at the back working on a laptop or talking on the phone with someone. We try to help with whatever comes up in the community. Sometimes it's about health, other times it's just helping someone read a form they don't understand. It’s simple work, really. The street outside is always noisy with bikes and vendors, but that’s just how Andheri is. We've been in this shop for a while now and everyone knows where to find us. We don't have a big budget, but we make it work somehow.
