Jd Projects Llp is based out of Bhandup, specifically in Unit No. C/124 of the B.I.H. Usha N building. We’re located in the Mumbai City area, with the 400078 pincode. Bhandup is a busy spot, and our little corner of it stays pretty active. We aren't some big, fancy firm with a lobby and a receptionist. We’re a smaller LLP where we all wear a few different hats to keep things running. Our unit is where we keep all the records, handle the project planning, and meet up before heading out to various job sites. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our work involves managing different projects around the city, and having this base in Bhandup helps us stay connected to the local suppliers and workers we rely on. Sometimes the logistics of moving materials through Mumbai traffic feels impossible, but we’ve learned how to deal with it over the years. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job on the projects we’re given. There’s always some new issue to solve, whether it’s a delay in parts or a change in the plans, but that’s the nature of this business. We don't spend much on advertising; mostly we just rely on the work we’ve already done to show what we're about. It’s a simple setup here, and we’re fine with that as long as the work gets finished. We stay busy through the year.
