Jasmika Developers Private Limited is based out of Guru Nanak Niwas. We are at number 2, which is in the Dr. Charat Singh Colony in Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Andheri gets, especially this side. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a room where we keep our files and meet with the guys from the sites. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to the local authorities. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. Being in the colony is good because it’s a bit quieter than the main road, but you still feel the energy of the city. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. Sometimes the tea guy brings over some chai while we are arguing over a blueprint. That’s just how it goes. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything. It’s just us working. We handle the development side of things, trying to make sense of the plots and the regulations. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes things go slow with the permits, and other times it’s a rush. We just try to keep the projects moving forward. It’s a bit of a grind, but we like seeing the buildings actually go up. Anyway, if you are looking for us, we are right there in Andheri, just near the colony entrance. We try to keep it simple and just do the work.
