JAS & KARAN PROPERTIES INDIA LLP. Our office is located in Goregaon East. We are in the C Wing, room 216, at Nigoes Industrial Estates. It’s on Plot No 1A2. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Punjab National Bank and near the petrol pump. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there are always trucks and workers moving about. The office itself is pretty standard for an industrial estate. We have our desks, some old cupboards for files, and a lot of maps of the area. We deal with properties all over this side of Mumbai. Goregaon East has grown so much lately, and it’s been interesting to see. We aren't a high-end agency with a fancy glass office. We are more down-to-earth. We talk to people plainly and don’t make any big promises we can't keep. Most of our day is spent tracking property values or checking on sites. It’s a lot of practical work. We know the local landmarks like the back of our hand, especially since the petrol pump is right there. It’s a busy environment, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. We are just a small team working hard to keep things organized. We don't go in for big advertisements. People usually find us because they need someone who knows Goregaon well. We just do the job and head home.
