Janmanas Vikash Foundation

Janmanas Vikash Foundation is located at F/404 in Om Gokul Nagari 1. We are right on the 90 Ft Road in Asha Nagar, which is inside the Thakur Complex area of Kandivali East. If you know Mumbai, you know how these areas get. The traffic on the Western Express Highway is always something we hear from the office window. It’s a busy spot but we’ve managed to settle in quite well over the years. Our space isn’t very large, just a regular flat turned into an office, but it works for what we need to do. There’s a lot of activity outside with shops and people moving about. We usually start the day early before the heat really kicks in. The building itself is an older society, so everyone knows each other. We have some desks pushed against the walls and a lot of folders stacked up. It isn’t fancy at all. Sometimes the tea guy from downstairs forgets our order, but that’s just how it goes here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just sitting around the main table discussing things. It’s a practical place. We don’t have any receptionists or big logos on the walls. It’s just us working out of this apartment in Mumbai. People often get lost finding the right wing in the complex, but once they find Om Gokul Nagari, it’s easy enough. It is how we have always operated from this address.
