We are located on the first floor of Sujata Niketan CHS on Rani Sati Road in Malad East. It is unit 108. Being in this part of the suburbs is convenient because we can get around to our sites easily. We are developers, so our lives mostly revolve around permits and building plots. The office is pretty basic, just a place to sit and get the paperwork sorted out. We have been in this building for a while and the neighbors are good people. Dealing with property development in Mumbai is a lot of work. There are always many things to keep track of at once. We do not try to sound like some big corporate entity because we are not. We are just a small group working out of a housing society office. We talk to people directly and try to keep things simple. It is better that way for everyone. Sometimes we are out all day and the office stays quiet. Other times it is a mess of papers and coffee cups everywhere. That is just the way it goes in this line of work. We know the Malad area like the back of our hand. It is busy and noisy, but it is where we do our best work.
