We are located in Borivali West, specifically over at Hill Crest CHS Ltd on Holy Cross Road. If you know the I.C. Colony area, we’re right opposite the Thomas Compound. Our unit is D/617. It’s a typical residential society setup. We handle residency and property matters from this office. Jai Malhar has been a part of this neighborhood for some time. Borivali is always moving, and Holy Cross Road is a busy little stretch. We spend a lot of our time dealing with local real estate queries. It’s just a handful of us here. We don’t have a big storefront or anything like that. Just a desk in the D wing. People from the colony often drop by to ask about prices or what’s coming up for rent. We know the buildings around here pretty well. It’s a community feel. Sometimes we’re out near the compound checking on things. Other times we’re stuck inside with the ledger books. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a place to stay or is looking to shift their property, we give them the facts. It’s not about being the biggest, just about being here.
