We are based on the 13th level of the Lotus Trade Centre, which is at 1301. It’s right near the D N Nagar Metro station on New Link Road in Andheri West. Being high up in a trade center gives us a good view of the constant traffic on Link Road, but we spend most of our time looking at floor plans and legal documents. Real estate in Andheri is a fast-moving and sometimes stressful game. We try to keep up without losing our heads. It’s a busy office because there is always something going on with property deals or estate management tasks. We aren't the type to use big corporate buzzwords or corporate speak. We just talk like normal people because that’s who we are. Being near the metro makes it easy for people to drop by, though we are often out on the road ourselves visiting different sites. Andheri is a hectic place to work, but we’ve gotten used to the fast pace over the years. We handle the ups and downs of the property market as they come. Our office is a place where we get the real work done, away from the noise of the street below. It’s a straightforward setup for a business like ours. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just work in estates and try to do a decent job of it every day for the people we work with.
