J 4 ESTATES LLP. You can find us in Chembur, over at Sethna Manor on the 6th Road. Our office is actually Flat Number 6 on the sixth floor. It’s more of a residential-style setup, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed than a typical office building. We’ve been operating out of this plot, number 369, for a while. Chembur is a great neighborhood with a lot of trees and a bit more breathing room than other parts of Mumbai. We handle various estate matters from our sixth-floor flat. It’s a quiet place to work, and we like that it’s not right on a main noisy highway. We don’t have a big team or a fancy lobby. It’s just a few of us sitting around and handling property documents and calls. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the local area. We know the streets around here quite well. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big marketing slogans. We just tell people how it is. Sometimes we’re busy with paperwork all day, and other times we’re out visiting sites. It’s a simple way to run a business. We appreciate the calm environment of Sethna Manor. It’s a practical location for what we do, and we’ve made ourselves at home here over the years. We usually wrap up around six and head out, just like everyone else in the building.
