IVC CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in Andheri West, specifically at A-303 in the Kohinoor I building. It is right on Oshiwara Road at Plot No 5, which most people who live around here know pretty well. This is the main office for IVC Constructions Private Limited. We have been in this same spot for quite a while now. The office is very simple and functional, just what we need to handle the daily business stuff. We deal with various construction jobs all across the city. Being in Andheri is useful because it is easy to get to different parts of Mumbai, although the road out front gets really packed with cars. We usually try to leave the office early to avoid the worst of it. We are not a massive firm, just a dedicated group of people who know the trade. Most of our day is spent on the phone with contractors or checking on how the work is progressing at the actual sites. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just build things. Some projects are small and some are a bit bigger, but we treat them all with the same amount of attention. It is a lot of back and forth, making sure materials arrive and the guys are working. We have had our ups and downs like any local business, but we just keep moving forward. It is an honest way to make a living and we like seeing things finished.
