You can find our office at Dynasty Apartment on 90 Feet Road in the Thakur Complex area of Kandivali East. It’s on the third floor, room 304. We’ve been part of the Kandivali community for a while, working on various development projects around here. The 90 Feet Road is always bustling, which gives the whole area a lot of energy. Most of our work involves the local housing and construction scene. We don’t have a massive corporate office with a receptionist and fancy coffee machines. It’s more of a practical space where we meet with contractors and go over site plans. We try to stay organized, but with so many things happening at once, it can get pretty lively in here. Our team is small, mostly people who live nearby or have worked in Kandivali for years. We know the local regulations and how things work in this part of Mumbai. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. We just focus on finishing the buildings we start. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the construction sites. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or material shortages, but we deal with it as it comes. We just want to build things that last and keep our business running smoothly. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be doing it right here in Thakur Complex. We’ve been here a while and know the neighbors pretty well.
