Ingress Business Centre Private Limited is based up on the 13th floor of R Tech Park. It’s inside the Nirlon Compound, just off the Western Express Highway in Goregaon East. It’s a big complex, so it can be a bit of a walk from the gate. We run a business centre here. Basically, we provide space and support for people who need a place to work. It’s pretty straightforward. We have desks, internet, and the usual office stuff. We see a lot of different people coming through every day. Some stay for a long time, others just for a few hours. We try to keep the place tidy and the power running. The highway noise is mostly blocked out since we’re so high up. We aren't some fancy co-working brand with bean bags and free beer. It’s a practical workspace for people who actually have jobs to do. We handle the admin side of things so the people renting from us don't have to. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a nightmare, but that's just Goregaon for you. We just focus on keeping the lights on and making sure the printers have ink. It’s a real office for real work, nothing more and nothing less. We don't bother people with unnecessary rules. As long as you can get your work done, we’re happy. That's the whole point of this place. We stay here to help keep things running smoothly.
