Ingenious Housing and Infrastructure is our little company over in Borivali West. We’ve got our office at D/6 in the Mandvi Building. It’s on Devidas Lane, right near Mandpeshwar Road and the MTNL Hostel. If you know that part of Borivali, you know it’s a bit of a mix of residential and small shops. We work on housing and some local infrastructure projects. It’s not always ingenious like the name says, sometimes it’s just plain hard work and figuring things out as we go. But we try our best. The office is a cozy spot where we keep all our files and meet with people. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated folks. Borivali is a great place to be because it’s so active. We spend a lot of time walking to different sites or meeting with contractors. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy logos. We just rely on doing the job and letting people talk. It’s more of a personal way to run things. The Mandvi Building has been there a while and it’s a good home for us. We're just regular people trying to build decent housing and help out with the local infrastructure. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy every day.
