Infusion Chai And Coffee Private Limited

We started this thing at Unit 14 A in Ujagar Industrial Estate. Deonar is a busy place, always people moving around W T Patil Marg. My desk is usually covered in papers and samples of tea leaves. Most days, the smell of roasted beans fills up the whole space here. We aren't a big fancy office. It’s just us working in this industrial area. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the trucks and all that, but you get used to it after a while. We spend a lot of time checking on the chai blends and making sure the coffee smells right before anything goes out. It's a lot of manual work, honestly. We have been in Mumbai for a bit now, and this spot in Deonar just fits what we do. It’s not glamorous or anything. People come by, we talk about the weather or the traffic on the way in. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with suppliers takes up most of my mornings. By the afternoon, we are usually packing things up. It’s a steady rhythm. The guys here have been with me for a while. We just wanted a place to handle our coffee and chai without too much fuss. Maharashtra weather gets hot, so the fans are always going in the unit. It’s just how we run things day to day. We sometimes have lunch together on the small table in the back. It isn't much, but it works for us. The industrial estate has its own vibe.
