You can find us on the 9th floor of Vibgyor Tower, which is part of the Bandra Kurla Complex. BKC is a very different vibe from the rest of Mumbai, with all the big buildings and wide roads. Our office, C/62, is where we handle all our real estate work. Even though the building looks quite modern, we keep things pretty grounded inside our space. We are a small team and we spend most of our time on the phones or looking at property maps. Bandra East is a central spot, so it makes sense for us to be here. Being on the 9th floor gives us a decent view, but we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. We deal with a lot of different clients across the city. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and people chatting about market prices. It is not about being corporate for us; it is just about having a place to work. Sometimes we go down to the local cafes for a break, but mostly we are at our desks. Getting to work in 400098 can be a crawl in the evenings, but that is just life in Mumbai. We try to be straightforward with everyone we deal with and keep our records in order. We do not have any big speeches, we just do the work that comes in.
