Iha Realty Llp is based out of office 701 in Maruti Hill View. We are located on Malabar Hill Road in Mulund West, which is a decent spot if you want to be away from the worst of the main road noise but still close enough to get everywhere. Being up on the seventh floor is nice because we can actually see a bit of the surrounding area from the windows. The MND Colony nearby is quite a landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We have been in this spot for a while, and the office has that lived-in feel with stacks of files and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. Mulund West has a specific vibe to it, and we try to keep our work life pretty relaxed to match that. It is not a place for high-pressure talk. Usually, we are just sitting here with a cup of coffee, going through the latest listings or chatting with neighbors who have questions about the building. The elevator in Maruti Hill View is a bit slow, so we always tell people to give themselves an extra minute when they are coming up to see us. It’s just a regular office where we do our best to keep things organized. We aren't trying to be anything big or flashy, just a local spot where property talk happens over a desk.
