Ideology Advertising Private Limited is located in Andheri East, right on Church Road in the Marol area. We are in the Aristo CHS building, specifically in A Wing, Flat 301. Marol is a neighborhood that always seems to be bustling with people and vehicles. Getting to our office involves navigating through some busy lanes, but you get used to it after a while. Our workspace is actually a converted flat, which makes it feel a lot more personal and less like a cold corporate office. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own tea and a balcony where people go to take a quick break. We have been working from this Mumbai-Mumbai City address for a few years now. The walls have a few old charts pinned up and the desks are usually covered with notes and half-finished sketches. We don't have any big departments or special receptionists; we just handle everything ourselves. It is a very basic setup. Some of the team members live quite far away, so they spend a lot of time on the Metro every morning. Once everyone arrives, we just dive into the day’s tasks until it’s time to head home in the evening. We focus on our advertising work, but our daily life is really about managing all the little details that come up. It’s a close group here and we mostly know what everyone else is working on without needing formal meetings.
