Our office is in the Hind Saurashtra Industrial Estate, over in Andheri East. We are in unit B 308, which is on A K Road near Marol Naka. If you know Andheri, you know how busy it gets around the Naka. The industrial estate has a lot of different businesses, so there is always movement and people loading or unloading things. It is an older building, but it works for what we need to do. Inside, it is mostly just desks, a lot of folders, and the sound of fans. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to property paperwork and coordination. It is not a flashy environment. We focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on A K Road, but being near the metro helps some of us get here on time. We spend our days talking to people and checking on various projects. It is a practical workspace for a practical business. We do not spend money on fancy decorations; we would rather just get the work finished. The Mumbai heat can get into the office during the summer, but we manage. It is a typical Andheri workplace where everyone is just trying to make things happen in the real estate world. We have been here for a while and the routine suits us.
