We operate out of flat number 11 in Mohammedi House, which is located on St Martin Road in Bandra West. Bandra is a crowded place, and finding a spot for an office can be a real headache. We’ve been in this building for some time now. Icchamani Buildcon is basically just a few of us working on construction and building projects around the city. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet with contractors. Bandra West has a lot of old charm, but it also means the streets are narrow and getting materials in can be a nightmare. We’ve had to learn how to manage that over the years. We aren't interested in making fancy commercials or using big words. We just want to make sure the work gets done properly. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on various sites. It’s hard to keep everything on track with the way things go in Mumbai, but we keep at it. If you're looking for us, St Martin Road is the place to go. It's a bit tucked away, but most people in the neighborhood know Mohammedi House. We're just a small team of people who know how to build things and we've been doing it long enough to know the ropes. It’s simple, honest work.
