We’re located in Mogra Village, right across from the Gurudwara on Sher E Punjab Mc Road. It’s a busy part of Andheri East, but we like it here. Our spot is on Common Plot 36. It’s easy to find if you know the landmark. We’ve been in the development game for some time now. Most of our work happens on-site, but this is where we do all the administrative stuff. It’s a lot of paper shuffling and phone calls to various departments. We aren’t some high-rise corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular room where we sit and work. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud, especially during rush hour. We deal with building projects, mostly residential ones around the city. It’s not always easy, especially with all the regulations you have to follow these days. We just take it one day at a time. If there’s a problem on a site, we go there and try to fix it. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to finish the buildings we start. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve all been doing this long enough to know the headaches that come with construction. We just keep at it because it’s what we do. It’s practical, honest work, and that’s about all there is to it. We don't have time for anything that isn't helping us finish the current job.
