You can find Hwf Humanity World Foundation at Flat No.102 in the Jairaj Building. We are right opposite the Income Tax Office in BKC, Bandra East. It is a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise outside from the traffic. Our office is just a regular flat that we turned into a workspace. It’s a bit cramped when we have all our files out, but it gets the job done. We chose this spot because it's central and people can reach us easily by train or bus. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. Just a small plate on the door. Most days we are just sitting here going through documents or talking on the phone to coordinate things. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just steady work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years with all the new buildings, but we’ve stuck around in Jairaj. We aren't trying to be the biggest organization out there. We just want to do our bit from this little corner of Bandra. If you’re coming from the station, it’s not a long walk. We usually have tea around four if anyone is around. It’s just a plain, honest place where we work every day and try to stay organized. We like the local vibe here.
