HVJ PROPERTIES LLP. Our place is tucked away in Chembur, specifically in Ghatla Village. If you are looking for us, we are in Room Number 10 on the ground floor of Jani Estate. It’s a quiet little area compared to the main roads of Mumbai. We like it that way. The office is small and functional. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just where we handle our property business. Most of what we do involves looking after local holdings and making sure the paperwork is in order. Being in Ghatla Village gives the business a more local, neighborhood feel. We know the people around here and they know us. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We might be wearing casual clothes most days and just sitting around the desk talking about the latest property rates. Chembur has changed a lot over the years, but this little corner has stayed mostly the same. We deal with various property things as they come up. Some days are slow, and other days we are running around trying to get documents signed. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the work from our ground floor room. It’s practical and it works for us. If you’re in the area, you might miss Jani Estate if you aren't looking closely, but we’ve been here long enough. It's just a regular local business life.
