If you go to Nityanand Nagar in Ghatkopar West, right across from the telephone exchange, you’ll find us at house number 49. Hustlegoal Foundation is basically just us working out of this local spot in Mumbai. It’s a busy neighborhood, very typical for this part of the city, with a lot of noise and people always moving. We like being right here in the thick of it. Our name sounds a bit modern, but we are actually quite old-fashioned in how we run things day to day. We don't have a big office with glass walls or fancy carpets. It’s a simple space where we sit and work on different goals we’ve set for our community programs. People from the neighborhood drop by quite often, sometimes just to chat or ask for advice on something they are dealing with. We try to keep our doors open as much as possible. Ghatkopar is a place where everyone is working hard to get ahead, and we wanted to be part of that energy. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs that light up. Most people know us through word of mouth, which is more personal. We have our fair share of busy days where everything seems to happen at once, but we manage. It’s about being part of the local fabric and trying to make a small difference. Just plain work, no fancy talk.
