Humsaya Realty Private Limited is based out of Mumbai. You can find our office at 189A on S V Road. We are directly opposite the Reliance Energy building, which some people call Mervance. It is a very easy place to find if you are in the Andheri area. S V Road is always packed with traffic, so we are used to the constant sound of horns and engines. Our office is a functional space. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is just a place to keep our records and meet people when we need to discuss property matters. Most of the people who work here are local to the Mumbai City area, so we know the local streets and the way things work around here. We don't have any corporate speeches prepared. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors because they usually are. Real estate can be a lot of work with all the paperwork and site visits, but we manage. We have a few computers and a printer that occasionally jams, but we get by. Andheri is a busy hub, and being at 189A puts us right in the center of it all. It is not always quiet, but it is definitely never boring. We just do our best to stay on top of our daily tasks.
