You can find Housiey Property Solutions Private Limited at G-15 in the Raghuleela Mega Mall. We are on the ground floor, which is handy. The mall is on Ghmkhana Road, right behind the Poisar Depot in Kandivali West. Being in a mall is a bit different from a street-side office. There is always air conditioning and plenty of people walking past the window, especially on the weekends. We have a small glass-fronted space where we keep our files and computers. Most of our work involves helping people find places to live or invest in around Kandivali. It’s a busy suburb, and there is always something new being built. We usually get to the mall before it opens to the public so we can get a head start on our emails and paperwork. Lunch usually means a quick trip to one of the food stalls in the mall, which is convenient but sometimes we miss the regular street food. The office isn't very big, so we have to stay organized. We have some posters of different projects on the walls, but otherwise, it's just a functional workspace. We like being in this location because everyone knows where the Raghuleela mall is, so it’s easy to give directions. It’s a lively place to spend the day, and we have gotten to know the other shop owners around us quite well as time has passed.
