We are located right here in Jogeshwari West, specifically at Sani Tower on SV Road. If you know the area, Shop No. 8 in the 'A' wing is where you’ll find our office. It gets pretty busy around here with all the traffic on the main road, but that’s just how Mumbai is. We started Hotel Laiba Residency Llp because there was a need for a place people could actually stay without too much fuss. It isn't a massive fancy setup, just a practical spot for folks passing through or staying for work. Most days it’s just us handling the bookings and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually grab a tea. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Jogeshwari is a crowded place, but it's home. People stop by asking for directions or a room, and we just try to help them out. The building itself is easy to spot if you are walking down from the station side. We keep things simple because that is what works for us and the guests. There is always something to fix or a room to check, so we stay on our feet mostly. It’s not about being the biggest name, just being here and doing the work every day. That is pretty much our story. Nothing fancy, just a local business trying to keep things moving in this part of the city.
