Honeybee Bakery Corporation Llp

We’re over in Vikhroli East, specifically in Kannamwar Nagar No. 1. Our little bakery office is in Ishawas CHSL on the second floor. It’s not a storefront where you can just walk in and buy a cake, but it's where we manage everything for Honeybee Bakery Corporation Llp. Being near the station road means it’s always loud outside, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the trains. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in flat 42. We have flour bags and boxes piled up sometimes when a big shipment comes in. We’re just regular people who like baking and figured we’d make a go of it. Sometimes the ovens give us trouble, or the humidity in Mumbai ruins a batch of dough, and we just have to start over. It isn't glamorous. We spend a lot of time cleaning up sugar and flour. The building is a typical co-operative housing society, so we try to keep the noise down for the neighbors. We don't have any big fancy slogans. We just want to make stuff that tastes like it should. Our team is small, mostly just family and a couple of helpers. We work long hours, especially during the holidays when everyone wants sweets. It's hard work, but we are still here doing it every day. The smells from the kitchen usually let people know exactly where we are located in the block.
