Hk Restaurants Llp is our little venture based in Juhu. You can find us at Grace Apartments, specifically Flat No. 4 on the second floor. We are right on North South Road, number 13, in the JVPD area. It’s a well-known spot because we’re right opposite the Lotus Eye Hospital. Being in Juhu is interesting because it’s such a famous part of Mumbai, but our office is quite tucked away and quiet. We handle the management of our restaurant activities from this flat. It’s not a commercial showroom or anything, just a second-floor space where we keep our files and do our planning. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood is pretty familiar to us now. Most of our work involves coordinating with our staff and making sure the restaurant side of the business is doing what it needs to do. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just run a food business and try to keep things organized. Juhu can get very crowded, especially on weekends, but our spot across from the hospital stays relatively calm. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. It’s a practical location for a small team like ours to keep an eye on things. We didn't want a big glass office building because this residential setup feels more like home and keeps our costs down while we focus on the food.
