You can find Hitanshu Buildcon over on Jp Road in Andheri West. We are up on the second floor of Akruti Arcade, specifically in room 206. It’s right near Wadia School, so the area gets pretty lively when the kids are heading home. Andheri is a hectic place to run a business, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. We mostly deal with building projects and everything that goes into making a structure solid. Our office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space where we handle our daily business. We’ve been around for a bit, navigating the ups and downs of the Mumbai property scene. It takes a lot of coordination to get things right, and we spend plenty of time on the phone or out at different sites. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home. Sometimes the traffic on Jp Road makes getting to meetings a nightmare, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We have a small team of dedicated people who know their way around a construction site. We don't go in for fancy presentations. We’d rather just show you the work we’ve actually finished. It feels good to see a project finally come together after months of planning and sweat. That's pretty much who we are and how we do things here in our little corner of Mumbai.
