Hirani Realtors Llp is based out of Borivali West. We’re in B106 at Hinal Heritage, which is part of the Pushpkunj CHS. Most people know the area because of S V Road; it's always packed with traffic. Being near Patel Wadi makes it easy for us to get around this part of the suburbs. We’ve been working out of this office for some time now. It’s a modest space, nothing too flashy, just where we keep our files and meet folks. Borivali is a big area, so there’s always someone looking for a flat or trying to sell one. We spend a lot of time on our feet, visiting different housing societies. It’s practical work. We handle the registrations and the coordination between buyers and sellers. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic with all the different rules in each society, but we manage. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just us trying to make a living and helping people navigate the local property market. The noise from S V Road is something you just get used to after a while. We keep our doors open for anyone in the neighborhood who needs a bit of help with their property matters. It's a straightforward business. We don't promise anything impossible, just honest work every day to keep the office running smoothly. Sometimes it's just about sitting down and listening to what a family needs for their next home.
