Hindu Rozgar Welfare Foundation

We are set up in the Kailash Complex, specifically in A2 203. It is right across from the API Compound on LBS Road in Bhandup West, Mumbai. Our foundation is called Hindu Rozgar Welfare Foundation. The main thing we do is try to help people find work or get better at what they do. Bhandup is a busy, working-class area, and we know how hard it can be to find a steady job around here. We aren't a big recruitment firm or anything like that. We are just a few people who have some experience and want to share it. Our office is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. LBS Road is always noisy with traffic, but inside the complex, it is a bit quieter. We spend our days looking at listings, helping people with their paperwork, or just giving some practical advice. We don't have a polished pitch or a fancy logo. We just want to see our neighbors in Bhandup West getting ahead a little bit. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy. Most people find us because they live nearby or saw our name on the directory in the building. We don't do big advertisements. We just focus on whoever is standing in front of us at the moment. It’s just regular people helping other people, and that is enough for us.
