Hi-Bond Cement (Mah) Private Limited

We’re over in Andheri East, up on the seventh floor of Shivai Plaza in the Marol Cooperative Industrial Estate. Our office is number 714, right behind the Time Square building. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been here for a while, and it’s a good spot for us because we’re right in the middle of all the industrial activity. The office is where we handle all the coordination for our cement business. It’s a lot of phone calls, emails, and meetings with people from different sites. We don’t have a big factory right here, just the administrative hub where we keep things running. The elevators in this building are always full of people from other businesses, so it feels like a real community of workers. We try to keep our head down and focus on our own tasks. Some days are long, especially when there are a lot of orders to sort out, but we don’t mind. It’s a solid job and we’ve got a good group of people working here. We aren't about big marketing speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the logistics of the cement trade and making sure our clients get what they need. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us in this part of the city. We just keep moving along each day.
