Our place is located at A102, Vivekenclae on Mandapeshwar Road in Borivali West. We’ve been part of the Mumbai suburban landscape for a while now, focusing on hospital work and some research too. Borivali is a busy area, and Mandapeshwar Road always has something going on. We are tucked into the building there, and it’s a pretty functional setup. We don’t have those massive lobbies you see in the big private hospitals. Instead, we have a space that works for the patients and the staff. People from around the neighborhood usually come to us because we’re close by and they know who we are. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, but we make it work. Our focus is just on taking care of the people who walk through the door and doing our research bit by bit. The staff here are hardworking and we don’t have much time for corporate talk. We just deal with the daily reality of running a medical center in a city like Mumbai. Some days are smoother than others, but that’s just how it goes in this field. We like being in Borivali West because it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel; we’re just a hospital and research center doing what we can for the local folks. Our researchers stay busy in the back while the hospital side keeps us on our toes all day.
