Heyinz Properties Llp is based in Versova, Andheri West. We are on the 11th floor of the Pyramid Apartment building on J.P. Road. Being up that high gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are focused on what is happening down on the ground. Real estate in Mumbai is a fast-paced game, and it can be pretty exhausting sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or stuck in traffic trying to get from one property to another. J.P. Road is always crowded, so just getting out of the office can be a task in itself. We are a small team and we handle everything from paperwork to showing people around different properties. It is not all glamour like people think; there is a lot of boring administrative work and chasing down documents. Our office is a functional space where we get together to plan our next moves. We don't use big words or try to sound like a massive multinational firm. We are just local property people who know the Versova and Andheri areas inside out. Some days are slow and others are completely chaotic, but we just take it as it comes. We try to be straightforward with everyone we deal with because we live and work in this same neighborhood and want to keep a good reputation among the people here.
