Heritage Building And Housing Llp is tucked away in the Jai Bhavani Compound over in Ghatkopar West. Our specific spot is 301 in the Jivdaya CHS, which covers those CTS numbers from 1774 to 1777. It is right in the Village Kirol area, just off the main LBS Road. If you have ever driven through Ghatkopar, you know how hectic LBS can get with the buses and the rickshaws. Our building is a bit more tucked back from the main noise, but you can still hear the city moving. We have been here for a bit, and the office is pretty straightforward. It is a workspace where we look at plans and talk to people about housing stuff. The compound has a few different businesses, so there is always a mix of people around. It is a local Mumbai vibe, very practical and without any extra fluff. We usually have the windows open when it is not too dusty outside. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because of all the different CTS numbers listed for the property, but we manage to find everything eventually. Ghatkopar is a busy hub, and being in Kirol Village puts us right in the middle of a lot of residential growth. It is just a normal office where we do our best to stay on top of our projects and handle the paperwork.
