Healthy Palate India Private Limited

We are tucked away in Unit 124 of the Laxmi Business Park, right in the middle of the Laxmi Industrial Estate in Andheri West. If you have ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how busy and loud it can get at all hours. Healthy Palate India is our small company, and we spend most of our time in the B-Wing of this building. The unit is mostly filled with boxes and equipment. It is not a showroom; it is more of a workspace where we actually get things done. We have a small team, and we all wear many hats—one minute I am on the phone with a vendor, and the next I am helping load a van. The industrial estate is always humming with activity, which keeps us on our toes. We chose Andheri because it is easier to get our products out to the rest of the city from here. The lift in the building sometimes has a mind of its own, so we end up using the stairs more than we would like. It is a lot of hard work, especially when we have big orders to ship out before the evening traffic rush starts. We do not have fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up. We are just regular people trying to run a business and keep up with the fast pace of the city. It is crowded and noisy, but it feels like home.
