Our office is in Govandi, specifically in Shivaji Nagar. The address is 2/O/1, and it’s a fairly straightforward place. Healthonic Pharmaceutical is just us working in a local neighborhood. It’s not the kind of area you’d find a big glass skyscraper in. Instead, it’s full of small shops, houses, and lots of people. We have a small unit where we handle all our pharmaceutical business. It’s quite basic—just some chairs, tables, and a whole lot of documents. The streets outside are always lively, and there’s always something happening right at our doorstep. It can be a bit loud sometimes, but that’s just Govandi for you. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through orders. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and we know the local chai wala and the other shopkeepers around. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We don't spend time on big presentations or marketing. We just make sure the work gets done correctly.
