HBS Builder and Developers LLP is located over in Goregaon East. We are in Shop No.3 at Sai Prem, which is part of the Saibaba Complex. It’s pretty easy to find because we are quite near the Oberoi International School. If you know that area, you know it’s always moving. We do construction and development work around Mumbai. Our day starts early, usually with a lot of phone calls to site supervisors and suppliers. Being in a shop unit means people drop by sometimes to ask about projects or just to say hello. We aren't a big corporate office with a reception desk and coffee machine. It’s just a place where we manage our builds and keep our records straight. The Goregaon area has grown so much lately and we’ve been trying to keep up with the demand for new spaces. Sometimes we are out in the field more than we are in the shop. Sai Prem is a decent building and we’ve been here for a bit now. We just focus on getting the structures up and making sure everything is solid. There is no big secret to how we work, we just show up and do the construction tasks that need doing. It's a lot of coordination between the different trades like plumbers and electricians. We like being in this part of Mumbai-Mumbai City because everything we need is close by. It's a busy life but we enjoy it because there's always something new to build.
