HARSHA ORCHID REALSPACES LLP. You can find us over in Kandivali West. We’re up on the fourth floor of the Sahayog Building. Most people know it because it’s right above the Central Bank of India on S.V. Road. It’s a convenient spot because S.V. Road connects everything in this part of the suburbs. We spend our days dealing with different real estate spaces. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our work done and meet people when they drop by. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below, which never seems to stop. We handle various property matters, mostly focusing on what's available in the local area. There’s always someone coming in asking about shop spaces or flats. We keep things simple and honest. We don’t use any complicated jargon or try to act like we’re a huge multinational. It’s just us working in Kandivali. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we have to wait, but that's just part of life here. We’ve been in this building for some time now and the staff at the bank downstairs are used to seeing us. It’s a straightforward operation. We track what's happening in the market and try to keep our records straight. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork, really. Dealing with property in Mumbai is never dull, that's for sure.
