Harishan Builtcon is located over in Vidyavihar, specifically in the Rajawadi area. Our address is 8-B in the Ownership Colony. It is a bit of a quieter part of Mumbai compared to some other spots, which we actually prefer for getting our work done. We focus on building and construction projects. The office is basically where all the planning happens before we head out to the sites. We are a private limited company, but we do not act like a big corporate office. It is just us, a small team of people who know how to get a building up. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the materials arrive on time. Construction is a messy business, and there are always problems to solve, but we have been doing this long enough to not get too stressed about it. We are not here to promise the world, just to do the job we were hired for. The office in Rajawadi is easy to find if you know the colony. We have got some desks, a lot of files, and usually some blueprints spread out everywhere. It is a practical space. Most of our staff live nearby, so we know the city well. We just keep things moving, one project at a time, making sure the foundations are solid and the work is done properly without any unnecessary drama or fancy talk.
