Harinarayanay Foundation

We are located at Flat No 204 in the Shri Vidya Niketan Apartment. It’s on Plot No 56/60 B, right near Saraswati Vidyalaya in Nashik. Being near a school means there is always a lot of energy and noise in the mornings when the kids arrive. Our office is just a regular apartment that we turned into a workspace. It feels a bit like a home, which helps keep things relaxed. We do a bit of everything here to help out the foundation's goals. There isn’t a strictly defined hierarchy or anything like that. If something needs to be cleaned, one of us cleans it. If a letter needs to be mailed, whoever is free goes to the post office. We spend a lot of time in Nashik working on local projects. The people who come by are usually our neighbors or people who heard about us through word of mouth. We don't spend money on advertising because we’d rather put that into the work itself. Most of our furniture is mismatched, and we have a lot of stacks of paper everywhere. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to be a reliable presence in the area and help out where it makes sense for us to do so. It is just the way we have always done things.
