We are based in Ghatkopar, right on LBS Marg. Our office is Flat No-102 on the first floor of Neelkanth Enclaves. Being on LBS Marg means it’s never really quiet outside because of all the trucks and cars, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over time. It’s a convenient spot because people can find us easily. We started this because we wanted to be useful to the people around us. The name says Happy to Help, and that’s basically what we try to do in a very literal way. It’s not about grand gestures; it’s about the small, daily things that help people’s well-being. Sometimes we are helping someone navigate a local service, and other times we are just listening to what the neighborhood needs. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with heavy desks and a lot of binders. We don't have a fancy website team or people to write polished speeches. We just write down what needs to happen and then we go out and try to make it happen. Some days the electricity goes out or the internet is slow, but we just keep at it. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps us close to the ground. We just want to do our bit for the folks here in Mumbai without making it more complicated than it has to be.
